We are looking for a highly motivated self-starter to fill the role of Operation Executive - Central Vietnam for Hotel Link, based in Hoi An, Vietnam. You will work with the Market Manager and our team based in Vietnam.

Job Responsibilities:

- Communicate with hotel clients (mainly via mobile and email) to collect information relevant to provided services

- Communicate and work with Hotel Link Solutions team to fulfill the promised services to hotel clients

- Utilize the online system of Hotel Link Solutions to create services (hotel website, booking widget/engine, integrate online travel agents accounts into the system)

- Service additional requests from clients during their use of Hotel Link Solutions services

- Provide Hotel Link Solutions system training to client’s designated staffs.

- Collecting customer list and making cold calls to potential customers

- Support Sales for maintaining and developing a good relationship with hoteliers

- Rate & availability checks on hotel’s website and Online Travel Agents

- Support Accounting for payment matter.

- Be a medium for complaints and problems

Yêu cầu ứng viên

Bachelor Degree in Hotel & Tourism Management or other related majors

- Fluency in both English and Vietnamese

- Able to work under pressure and handle problems.

- Good in planning, organizing and co-ordination

- Show strong initiative and creative skills

- Computer proficiency Internet, Word, Excel, Power Point
