업무 설명서

As a Performance Marketer in Timo, you will:
- Recognize major trends and tools in performance marketing and social media marketing to create effective digital approaches.
- Run and manage campaigns on platforms: Google, Facebook, Tik-tok and some other channels.
- Maintaining campaign monitoring and making required modifications to achieve optimal efficiency
- Monitor the budget, ad spend, and ROI of all digital initiatives.
- Collaborate with the research team to conduct research on user behavior, customer insight, pain-point.

작업 요구 사항

- Experienced in managing performance camps at the level of several tens of thousands of users (mobile apps) per month
- Experienced in both Google and Facebook tools
- Used to work at technology companies with the product as App is an advantage
- Want to learn more about content creation
- Ambition, desire to create achievements/marks in career
