업무 설명서

* Leading new product developments

- Creation and execution of the project timelines.

- Prepare specifications and other technical documentations (process SOP, trial report)

- Coordinate with other departments all steps needed for new products development.

- Lead, plan and execute factory trials and lab tests.

- Evaluate the performance of the new products during first productions runs.

* Drive improvements on existing products and processes

- Support factories to solve incidents related to quality/ food safety and performance.

- Perform process analysis searching for optimization opportunities.

- Provide technical guidance to the organization to develop process understanding.

- Perform various other duties and activities as assigned by the manager

* Working at: Phan Thiet Industrial Park phase 1, Phong Nam commune, Phan Thiet city, Binh Thuan province, Vietnam

작업 요구 사항

- Bachelor’s Degree in Food Technology or relevant majors (Industrial Management …) - Has working experience in similar role is an advantage. - Able to communicate in English. - Problem solving & reporting skills. - Familiar with statistical methods. - Hard-working & able to work under high-pressure
