* ROLE OVERVIEW: - Production planner will coordinate and optimize the production schedules to ensure efficient and timely manufacturing operations. - Production planner will involve creating production plans, monitoring inventory levels, and collaborating with various teams to meet customer demands. * KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES - Receiving orders from Merchandising team. - Analyzing production specifications and capacity to create feasible production schedules. - Developing and maintaining production schedules to meet customer demands. - Putting material usage on Forecast file after receiving orders from the customers. - Checking with Material planning team to ensure the material arrival and forecast. - Suggesting Merchandising team about White-body and stock availability. * Working hours: Mon - Fri, 7:15 - 16:00, Sat work half day작업 요구 사항
- Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management or Industrial Engineering. - 3 years of experience in production planning, scheduling or a related role on furniture production environment. - Proficiency in using production planning software or ERP systems. - Understanding Furniture production processes and products. Familiarity with supply chain concepts, including inventory management, demand forecasting, lead times,… Proficiency in using production planning tools or scheduling software. This includes understanding how to input data, interpret outputs and generate reports. - Excellent organizational and time-management skills to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.- Patient and self-resilient. Able to work well under pressure and tight timeline. - Carefully, enthusiasm, high responsibility at work, proactive and supportive. - Proficiency in MS Office or ERP System. - Can communicate and understand English.직업 혜택
