Mission of the Program Assistant

To coordinate between teachers, school, students, parents and other stakeholders for the effective delivery of the Cambridge International/Academic English/IELTS in-school Programs at public secondary schools and high schools.

Outcomes

The Program Assistant is expected to achieve the following outcomes:

1. Support teachers by maintaining schedule, assisting with photocopies and materials, and liaising with school regarding daily issues

2. Maintain Digital Portfolio by uploading students’ works and sharing with students/parents

3. Translate comments and reports for parents (monthly)

4. Track daily attendance and report to schools

5. Communicate with school, teachers, parents and line manager regarding students’ progress and any issues that affect students’ learning / teachers’ teaching

6. Assist teacher with disciplinary issues as needed

7. Assist teacher in classroom (if required)

8. Manage resources including electronic equipment, classroom facilities, and resource books for teachers and students

9. Attend and supervise additional school activities, onsite or offsite, as required. This may include trips outside Hanoi

10. Tutor weak students (if requested by teacher)

11. Other duties as required by line manager in line with the mission of Program Assistant

작업 요구 사항

• Fluent written and verbal English and Vietnamese is essential.

• Acute attention to detail and highly organized.

• Good proficiency in Microsoft Office to include: Word, Excel, Power Point.

• Good interpersonal skills, positive attitude, and hard working.

• Highly motivated and enjoys working as part of a growing team.

Working location

The Program Assistant will work onsite at school and at Atlantic’s office at 33 Lac Trung
