업무 설명서
1. Recruitment
- Prepare the Recruitment Plan, Budget.
- Proactive in enrich the candidates sources. Work with the university/ headhunter/recruitment agency/social network… to find the potential candidates
- Coordinate with hiring manager to understand the recruitment need with consultancy and immediate hiring action.
- Be responsible for the whole recruitment process as work instruction of company
- Prepare the recruitment report monthly
2. Training
- Build Training process, Training Plan, budget, Training material,...
- Build performance management process.
- Be responsible for the whole training process including external and internal training courses
- Conduct the orientation for new employees
- Manage the annual demanded training schedule as the law
- Monitor the list of staff as the mandatory required from global compliance team and keep their certificates in HR profile.

- Other tasks assigned by HR Manager

- Education: University/College degree
- Experience: 3 years
- Skill: Good at MS office, Good command English skills, good communication skill
- Working location: D3, HCMC
