I. HR functions:

1.Talent Acquisition:

Manage recruitment density, ensure positions are filled on time.

Long-term recruitment planning, and managing recruitment costs.

2. Compensation and Benefit:

Ensure all the reports related to C&B are delivered on time, smoothly, legally

3. HR operation:

Directs and coordinates human resources activities in compliance with company philosophy, objectives, and legal requirements.

Promotes a positive work environment and people-focused programs and processes that fosters continuous development and positive employee relations.

II. ADM functions:

1.Preparing reports, documents, notices, regulations... under the direction of Management.

2. Administrative tasks related to:

Employee activities: birthday, holiday, meal, business trip, periodical health checks, training, training...

Control facilities and equipment in company.

Garbage, environmental sanitation…

Vehicle dispatch, schedule, contract...

Other administrative jobs when required.
