This is a full-time on-site role for a Sourcing Officer at Panasonic System Networks Vietnam (PSNV) located in Hanoi. As a Sourcing Officer, you will be responsible for:

  • Purchasing overseas and local materials.
  • Develop and follow up on new parts in terms of competitive price, quality, and delivery.
  • Negotiate costs to meet target prices and engage in cost-down activities.
  • Provide support and instruction to suppliers to ensure they understand company policy.
  • Evaluate and control supplier networks.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • Have experience in sourcing and procurement, preferably in the electronics industry
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Good at communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and supply chain management software
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluency in English
  • Willing to learn and to be trained.
