- Supplier introduction: Responsible for on-site competitiveness audit, quality agreement negotiation and signing of new suppliers to ensure that suppliers can quickly join the system. 供应商导入：负责新供应商现场竞争力稽核、质量协议谈判和签订，确保供应商快速漏入体系。 - Supplier management, Quality system, Promote the establishment and optimization of supplier quality systems and structures (factory audits, quality agreements, on-site quality process control, QBR improvement) 供应商管理,质量体系,供应商质量体系和架构的推动建立、优化（工厂审核、质量协议、质量过程现场管控、QBR提升）。 - Supplier performance appraisal, monthly scoring and improvement assistance 供应商绩效考核，月度打分及帮扶改善 - Manage the quality of first products, participate in the NPI process related to the supplier’s on-site process in the new product development process to jointly ensure the quality of new products on the market and prevent batch problems from occurring. 新品先行质量管理：参与新品开发环节供应商现场制程相关NPI进程，共同保障新品上市质量，杜绝批量问题发生。 - Change management: Undertake ECN management and control of regional suppliers and maintain synchronized updates. 变更管理：承接区域供应商ECN管控，保持同步更新。 - CAPA: Undertake the promotion of new product guarantee period projects, CAPA, etc. on the supplier side to ensure that the goals are achieved CAPA：承接新品保证期项目、CAPA等在供应商端的推进，确保目标达成。 - Abnormal analysis of incoming parts and components and improvement of 8D report tracking 零部件来料异常分析及8D报告追踪改善 - ORT: Mandatory verification of quality reliability of mass-produced machine parts ORT：量产机型零部件质量可靠性强制验证。

작업 요구 사항

- More than 2 years of SQE experience 2年以上SQE经验； - Have English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills 具备英语听说读写能力； - Familiar with the supply chain management process and the collaborative relationship between various departments 熟悉供应链管理流程，以及各部门之间的协作影响关系； - Proficient in using 8D and SPC tools 熟练使用8D、SPC工具； - Can use APQP, PPAP, MSA, FMEA and other tools will be better. 能够应用APQP、PPAP、MSA、FMEA等工具者更佳。
