PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

Organizing the implementation of the quality system according to SQM, ISO/IATF standards

Achieve in Quality Target in KPIs

Communication daily Quality performance to Management

Control of inspection measuring and test equipment (Calibration and MSA)

Conduct parts and product inspection and test at in coming, in-process and final stages

Process approval part during start Production

Plan, coordinate and implement the product/process audits;

To Coordinate the analysis of repeating problem from daily rejection.

Rejection Clearance as per Procedure

Follow and Maintain QPR Status

Plan for reduction of PPM Level

PDQA (Pre- Dispatch Quality Assurance) of all parts

Analyse internal and external NCs and initiate CA/PA to improve product quality

Analyse customer complaints and initate CA/PA to improve product quality

Accompany customer quality auditing, update procedures/ instructions, propose testing plan and inspection procedure.

Any Other Function assigned from time to time

AUTHORITIES :

To take disposition decisions regarding non conformity at incoming, in-process and final inspection stages in consultation with HOD- OP and HOD- PD.

Stop the production line in case of major non comformity (including prohibited substances), arrived due to process or material

Stop the despatch in case of any non conformity (including prohibited substances), is found.

Authorize records of inspection

Approve the result of FPAR, Patrol and PDQA for Pass to the next process

Verified the result of SIR to submit to Approval Process Engineering

Recommend the process improvement refer to result Analysis ( Daily Reject and MIS Report)

Recommend for improvement Quality Process Flow Part Production

Sign and proposal scraped NG Part

Accept or Reject the component based on quality parameter

작업 요구 사항

Age: 30 – 40 years (Prefer the Candidates living & near in Vinh phuc province)

Qualification: Electronic Engineering

Training: ISO/IATF, Supervisory Management, Leadership, Strong interpersonal skill

Skill: Good communication skills. Proactive and organized and personality

Experience: At least 3 years relevant, Experience of Systematic Problem Solving, Experience to Similar industry, electronics
