2. Job description

  • Provide entry-level professional support services as appropriate to the daily administrative tasks (photocopying, data entry, typing)
  • Assist teachers, staff, and students in day-to-day operations
  • Assists in the planning and implementation of assigned projects/sub groups of the International Program
  • May undertake academic research related to programs conducted at UTS
  • Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

3. Job requirements

  • Fluent in English (preferable IELTS 6.0)
  • Able to work independently and in a team
  • Good analysis & PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Able to work full-time in 6 months (From Monday – Friday)
