- Work location: Cat Lai - Thu Duc District

MAIN DUTIES:

1. Maintenance activity planning and execution

• Develop periodical maintenance plan and shutdown plan
• Coordinate with functional departments to prepare maintenance plan
• Prepare resources for maintenance plan
• Analyze and eliminate repetitive problems through root cause analysis (SOLVE, FMEA)
• Monitor and control issues regarding to resources, progress, quality of work of maintenance 3rd party services
• Do shutdown report, incl. used materials, tasks, cost, etc.
• Follow up lesson learnt from shutdown AAR
• Maintain maintenance master data, i.e. PMR, BOM

2. Maintenance resources optimization

• Prepare and optimize tools, mobile equipment used in daily working and in shutdown
• Study to improve and apply tools for serving maintenance activities
• Assess and improve contractor performance
• Prioritize tasks and utilize available resources

3. Maintenance materials and cost control

• Propose maintenance budget of assigned area
• Control monthly maintenance cost of assigned area to ensure all expenses correctly
• Control maintenance materials and spares to optimize min max level reasonably
• Assess the status of the parts to be replaced
• Review maintenance request, prepare material ready before excecution
• Review and order spares at the right time
• Develop maintenance cost improvement plan

4. People development

• Develop and implement KPIs
• Follow up multi skills training program
