- Monitor quality targets and handle quality problems daily - Collaborate with stakeholders to investigate and provide countermeasures to solve quality issues; Monitor implementation progress and effectiveness of countermeasures - Make customer and supplier claim reports - Prepare quality status reports for superiors (if necessary) - Prepare documents, instructions, equipment, and tools related to quality assurance and quality control when producing new products - Training on processes, newly issued standards, new products, and advanced skills for Leader, Foreman - Complete and improve the quality management system at all stages in the lines - Set standard operating time targets & implement improvement/training actions… to achieve the goal - Make instructions: QI, WIV as required by superiors - Support Foreman’s tasks in case Foreman is absent or needed. - Other tasks as assigned by the Superior.
