Take care operation and maintenance activities of facilities system as check status of facility equipment as electrical, air conditioners, fire system, CCTV, Access control, Chiller HVAC, generator, wastewater treatment system, infrastructure …,

- Responsible during the shift duty for maintaining a continuous supply of utilities in the production. In the event of a partial or complete supply interruption the technician must help to determine the cause and nature of the fault and take immediate action to restore the supply. If the interruption originates from the supply authorities, the technician must alert the responsible department and determine the estimated duration of the shutdown. The technician has to issue problem report to engineer.

- Responsible to ensure that all machines, Equipment, Utilities system are functioning safely and satisfactorily and record full data (operation/ maintenance/ troubleshooting) in the appropriate logbooks at the time they begin and end.

- Cooperate with the engineer to improvement machine condition, safety condition and other task assigned from engineer.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Daily operate the facilities machines, make sure machine are checked and record the status operation properly.

- Responsible for correcting any facilities equipment breakdown and analyzing how to prevent them from occurring in future.

- Be proactive in day-to-day shift activities to ensure no utilities or equipment breakdown that may affect manufacturing.

- Maintenance the machines following work instruction by engineers.

- Good understanding of LOTO, 5S and energy saving activities.

- Adhere to all safety and health rules and regulations associated with this position and as directed by engineer.

- Supervise the contractors working in the factory to make sure insulation following method of construction approved,

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Mechanical or Electrical or Refrigeration vocational or college/engineer degree Certificate of Operation and Maintenance Medium Voltage is referred.
  • Minimum 2-3 years operation facilities system for FDI company
  • Knowledge operation and maintenance activities of the system of facilities system as Electrical, Air conditioners, Fire system, cooling tower, DHU, Chiller, HVAC, generator, Building infrastructure...
  • Deep knowledge of electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, building service,…for factory
  • Problem solving skill. Teamwork.
