VNLIFE is the newest and second unicorn of Vietnam although its name is relatively unknown to most consumers.

Aside from its VNPAY-QR network, which is integrated in more than 30 mobile banking apps and available for payment in nearly 100.000 shops across Vietnam, and its diversified portfolio companies in new retails (Phong Vũ, Sói Biển, Vnshop.vn)and online travel (My tour, Tripi, DinoGo), VNLIFE is also a big player in providing technology solutions for both banks and merchants of all sizes.

We are looking for Senior/ Lead Growth Marketer (Fintech)to join us:

  • Bringing traditional and creative ideas to grow revenue/users
  • A/B testing those ideas. Measure the impact of each campaign, and develop ways to scale.
  • Analyzing the data and users’ feedback.
  • Driving traffic to your website, landing pages, social media, apps…
  • Working with the AARRR Sales Metrics Diagram (Acquisition – Activation – Retention – Referral – Revenue)
  • Prioritizing growth channels.
  • Optimizing channels.
  • Scaling and Automating the growth processes.
  • Work closely with product, engineering, design, and data teams to develop and drive growth projects.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • A strong background in a strategic marketing and trade marketer.
  • A love of data and can analyze a marketing funnel; you can identify and size different growth opportunities and the various ways to meet them.
  • The ability to think strategically and develop comprehensive, data-driven marketing plans.
  • Experience analyzing, interpreting, and leveraging data to make business decisions.
  • High standards of excellence and attention to detail.
  • Enthusiasm for hard problems.
  • Experience analyzing, interpreting, and leveraging data to make business decisions.
  • Tech-based is plus
