Mô tả công việc

1. Acting in accordance with the policies, philosophy, principles, customer’s code of conduct & their confidentiality agreements, and company rules of the framas Group

2. Agreeing to take over other reasonable, special duties & responsibilities that is corresponding to the employee’s abilities according to the instructions and requests of the management and/or supervisors

3. Responsible for maintaining Lean Production System

- Ensure Lean tool implementation throughout the factory.

- Design and follow up lean projects

- Maintain lean metrics, especially OEE; 5S, Kaizen

- Fulfill lean knowledge to employees of all levels

4. Responsible for OEE Implementing

- Ensure accuracy of production data (from Hydra system)

- Ensure the OEE Group Standards are fully applied in production workshops

- Lead/join PDCA projects

- Present OEE report in the technical meetings

- Monitor productivity bonus system (OEE, Quality, Replacement)

- Get approval for monthly productivity payments

5. Responsible for Kaizen Implementing

- Manage the SharePoint kaizen application

- Perform the CI Meetings together with other HoDs to evaluate all ideas and kaizens

- Audit implementations of kaizen

- Propose and follow-up kaizen rewards

6. Responsible for 5S Implementing

- Ensure 5S rules are applied fully in all areas

- Develop 5S checklists for all working areas

- Follow-up 5S scanning schedule and improvement activities

- Report 5S results

7. Responsible for management of Lean department

- Ensure Lean staff and workers comply with company regulations and safety rules

- Lead Lean department to achieve company’s goals

- Assign tasks to Lean staff and workers

- Give proper support and assist to help Lean staff and workers fulfill assigned tasks

- Evaluate performance of Lean staff and worker

  • Transportation from Ho Chi Minh City/ Bien Hoa City to Long Thanh
  • Working time: Monday to Friday; Saturday (8.00 - 12.00) & 1 full Saturday off per month.

Yêu cầu công việc

• University graduate in Industrial management or relevant fields

• At least 3 years of experience in the relevant position

• Experience in the industry of manufacturing, footwear, plastics, ETC. is a plus

• Lean knowledge and lean practical experience

• Good English in both written and verbal skills

• Good management skills and teamwork skills

• Good computer skills and office software, Power BI

• Good problem-solving skills
