Mô tả công việc

· Research and draft legal advice;

· Research and prepare legal documents;

· Participate in consulting and meeting with clients;

· Translate legal documents and other documents;

· Have a good relationship with clients, representatives of State Authorities;

· Update monthly legal documents;

· Corporate with law firms to follow up and complete in target task

· Store legal files and documents;

· Submit and follow up with the submission of application dossiers, legal documents related to licensing field;

. To arrange, prepare documents for management board meetings, office meetings, and to make meeting minutes.

. To translate, filing and assist other Secretarial tasks


Yêu cầu công việc

- Knowledge in law (Industrial & Corporate).

- Fluent in English (both spoken and written)

- Be dynamic, creative and responsible

- Be able to analyse critically and logically

- Be able to work independently and under pressure

- Have presentation & consulting skills.

- Expert in using computer literature: Microsoft Word, Excel, Internet

Outlook Express

- Have at least 03 year experience in the same position.
