Mô tả công việc

- Contract checking

- Conduct research, interpret laws, rules and regulations

- Update and make draft of report about newly issued legal documents

- Assist in preparing dossiers and procedures of changing Enterprise Registration Certificate, Investment Certificate and other Company documents

- Assist in the formulation, implementation and/or amendment of Company’compliance policies.

- Other tasks assigned by superior

Yêu cầu công việc

- Graduated university, bachelor related law - Good at contract management (including contract drafting and reviewing), compliance activities - Having experiences on projects are advantages
