Mô tả công việc
- Interface between Dainese Headquarters Logistics, Supply Chain and Customer Service and VN warehouseo Discuss with Headquarter the monthly and weekly Inbound / Outbound planning and communicate it to the VN warehouse
- Discuss with Headquarter and communicate to the VN warehouse priorities and extraordinary activities
First point of contact for the VN warehouse for any info and Issue regarding Inbound / Outbound
o Understand the eventual warehouse issues, perform analysis, and address them to the correct headquarter office
o Communicate the solution to the Warehouse and control its implementation
- Weekly monitoring of the warehouse status (order, cleanliness, temperature, and humidity…)
- Ensuring the compliance with the corporate procedure in case of damaged goods and inbound discrepancies
- Weekly monitoring of the Warehouse KPI’s and discuss them with the Headquarter and the 3PL
- Warehouse cost control and validation of pre-invoices
-Inbound and outbound shipments coordination with the forwarders appointed by Dainese Headquarters
- Relationship with the local customs authorities in case of inspections on goods and related documentation
Yêu cầu công việc
• Bachelor’s Degree on Logistic, Supply chain, import and export, or other relevant majors • At least 7 years experience in logistics • Strong interpersonal skills & able to work with various levels inside /outside organization • Able to work independently and proactive • Effective influencing & managing changes • Transportation management • Ability to analyze/solve problems in a fast-paced environment. • Good at SAP/ AX/ ERP systems • Advance EnglishQuyền lợi công việc
