Mô tả công việc

  • Collect and confirm documents received from factories.
  • Prepare and send out full set of docs as per each client’s requirements including L/C.
  • Check loading plan and issue commercial invoice.
  • Work closely with other departments/factories to solve all related loading/booking/invoice issues.
  • Maintain up-to-date data, upload docs into system, store hard docs in properly way.
  • Check courier’s quotations as per request and solve problem occur until shipment is cleared at destination.
  • Report document’s status and highlight any failures on time.
  • Other job assigned by Supervisor/ Manager


Yêu cầu công việc

  • University graduation in economics/ business administration or related field
  • GOOD AT ENGLISH (WRITING is THE MUST)
  • At least 2 YEARS EXPERIENCE AS LOGISTICS STAFF
  • Very good of communication, problem solving & cooperation.
  • Well organized and detailed person;
  • Be a team player, careful and accurate
  • Can work under high pressure;
  • Be dependable and truthful
