OSITION OVERVIEW

The Management Trainee Program targets MBA graduates who completed their degrees between 2018 and 2023 and are eager to advance their careers in the Agri Supply Chain Industry.
Selected candidates will undergo rigorous 12-month training covering various aspects of business operations, including Origination, Plantation, Processing, and functional modules such as F&A, focusing on the agri supply chain sector.This training will encompass an orientation to products such as Coffee, Spices, Edible Nuts, and support functions. Following the initial six months of training, candidates will engage in live projects for the subsequent six months.
Upon completing the 12-month period, trainees will assume roles as Business Managers and Finance Managers within the organization.
Throughout the program, trainees will be paired with mentors who provide guidance and coaching. Additionally, structured reviews will be conducted to offer feedback on strengths and areas for development.

QUALIFICATIONS

A two-year full-time MBA and an MSC degree or certificate in Finance such as ACCA or CPA.
Fluency in both oral and written English, along with being a native Vietnamese speaker, is essential.
Additionally, candidates must be willing to relocate to any of company’s operational locations as the positions require a high degree of mobility.
