Mô tả công việcPOSITION OVERVIEW
The Marketing Manager will lead customer-focused marketing campaigns, creating and presenting marketing materials that highlight trends and innovations in the food industry and introducing relevant product prototypes from S.I.M.VN. With at least 5 years of experience, particularly in the food industry, the ideal candidate will develop impactful presentations and collaborate with Sales, R&D, and Business Development teams to align marketing efforts with company goals. Strong research skills and the ability to effectively present insights in customer meetings are essential.
JOB DESCRIPTIONS
- Lead Customer Marketing Campaigns: Create and drive regular customer-focused, effective marketing campaigns, including creating marketing materials and leading meetings to inform customers about the latest trends and product innovations. Collaborate with Sales and R&D teams to develop related solutions and prototypes leveraging S.I.M. VN’s portfolio of ingredients.
- Marketing Material Development: Develop and manage marketing materials, including PowerPoint presentations and other documents, that highlight key trends in the dairy, beverage, bakery, confectionery, and savory industries for both internal and customer use.
- Trend Monitoring & Research: Conduct ongoing market research, including attending conferences and building industry relationships to stay current with the latest trends and uncover insights. Regularly update marketing materials to ensure they remain relevant and impactful.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Sales, R&D, and Business Development teams to ensure all marketing efforts are aligned with the company’s overall business goals.
WORKING TIME
- 8:00 am – 5:00 pm (T2 – T6)
- 8:00 am – 12:00 pm (T7 – if required)
Yêu cầu công việc
Yêu cầu ứng viên- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Food Science, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5+ years of experience within the food industry, preferably in Marketing, Business Development, or Sales.
- Strong research skills and the ability to produce visually appealing and professional marketing materials.
- Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong presentation skills and comfortable leading meetings with customers.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Fluent in speaking, reading, and writing in English.
