Mô tả công việc

• Take care of customers

• Trace cargo status and update customers

• Import/ export documentation: AN, submit manifest, eD/O, B/L, send pre-alert

• Input billing data in system.

• Communicate with customers, agents and vendors.

• Other request (if any)

Yêu cầu công việc

• At least 2 year experience in inbound/outbound documentation in logistics company

• English – good speaking and writing skills

• Effective communication, problem-solving and decision-making skills

• Can handle work under pressure and be well organized.
