Mô tả công việc

1. Merchandising & Brand Promotion:

• Maximizing shelf space, brand presence and mindshare of brands in retail location. This goal is accomplished through execution, education, and promotion.

• Executing promotional campaigns to boost sales volume: Introducing the promotion, gaining agreement and supporting the store managers, securing preferred product placement, re-merchandising, placing signage, and generate awareness and enthusiasm with employees prior to the launch of the promotion.

• Monitoring sales volume, inspecting inventory levels, and maintaining in-store promotional materials

• Collecting market information and analysis, proposing action according.

• Supporting retailers in business and maintaining a good working relationship with them

• Connecting with partners, distributors to propose marketing activities for local market.

• Managing and deploy, follow up marketing activities after assignment of the superior

2. Training & Education:

• Education and training to increase brand awareness and brand love among store employees so they will recommend the brand to customers.

• Maintaining a good rapport, good communication with retailer staff at all level and with promoters.

3. Physical Requirements

• Willing to visit outlets everyday (as scheduled), to travel, and engage in considerable physical activity

• Handling of merchandise including such as demo units placement, marketing collaterals decorations, premiums etc.

4. Reporting:

• A weekly schedule must be published at the beginning of each month

• Weekly reporting every Monday. Close monitoring of competition sales, promotions, pricing and inventory

Yêu cầu công việc

• Experience: +2 years in retail marketing, merchandising

• English: good at Reading, Speaking, Writing, Listening skill

• Passion for technology. Eager to learn new things, to connect people

• Communication & presentation skills. A demonstrated ability to influence decision-makers.

• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, multi-task, and problem solving
