Duties:

  • Provide technical, logistical and administrative support to the Impact Assessment and Planning (IAP) Team and/or the Performance Assurance & Transaction Services (PATS) Team. This may involve:
    • Conducting desktop research
    • Participating in project site visits (under supervision)
    • Drafting sections of EHS reports
    • Undertaking document editing, formatting and production
    • Document translation (English to Vietnamese)
    • Collecting and collating information to support proposals for new work
    • Supporting business development activities of the team
    • Other duties as directed
  • Work will support any or all of the following services:
    • Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA)
    • Social Impact Assessment (SIA)
    • EHS Training
    • Safety Transformation
    • Environmental and Social Management System (ESMS) and Compliance Support
    • EHS Audit
    • Transaction Services (Environmental Aspects of Mergers & Acquisition)
    • Process Safety & Risk
    • Sustainability Services

Job Requirements:

  • An under-graduate in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Environmental Management, Marine Biology, Ecology and Socio-economics;
  • Good verbal and written communication skills (prefer at least IELTS 6.5 or TOEFL 79-93);
  • A proven ability to multi-task;
  • Good organizational skills;
  • A “can do” attitude;
  • Ability to use Microsoft applications (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
  • Good report writing skills;
  • Ability to take direction and to work as part of multi-disciplinary teams;
