Mô tả công việc

- Drafting, editing, updating,… new format templates & related documents such as contract, purchase order, acceptance report, liquidation report,… for Clients and Publishers (Vietnam, Malaysia, Indonesia…).

- Receipt, processing, printing, acceptance, signing, stamping,… all related documents for Clients/Publishers.

- Track the submission and withdrawal of documents.

- Checking, classification and restoring all hard/ soft copy for each respectively Clients/ Publishers.

- Updating, cross-checking and completing internal software tasks,... and reporting to the team in case information is not correct.

- Handle, receive requests from Clients/Publishers and transfer them to related teams when competence arises.

- Other tasks assigned by the manager.


Yêu cầu công việc

- REQUIREMENT

- At least 06 months experience related to Sales Admin/Admin position, purchasing, planning, …

- Graduated from college/university with a major in Business Administration, Economic Law, Accounting, Auditing,... related.

- Background in Advertising/Marketing is a plus.

- Good at English.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office - Excel.

- Excellent in written and verbal communication skills.

- Hardworking, carefull, strong organizational, negotiating, multitasking and time-management skills.

- Teamwork and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work under pressure.
