Mô tả công việc

- Monitor network and system 24x7x365
- Troubleshoot, analyze problems, and isolate network events
- Follow the pre-defined check list to solve the issue/incident
- Cooperate with other members to escalate application/system problems to
determine their origin; then apply the appropriate solutions.
- Create and maintain daily system status reports
- Follow ISMS/ISO 27001, ISO20000, ISO14000 procedure, policies, and company
regulations
- Other duties as assigned by IT Manager & Direct Manager

Yêu cầu công việc

Work in shift:
- Mon, Tue : 22.00 – 7.30
- Fri, Sat: 6.30 – 16.18
- Sun: 13.12 – 23.00
Education:
- High School Diploma with some training in IT (Basic computer and network
knowledge)
Technology skills and experience:
- Network, server hardware, operating system and applications
Soft-skills:
- English communication
- Troubleshooting & analyzing
- Customer oriented
