OPERATION MANAGER / SENIOR SUPERVISOR

- Manage the daily operations of Warehouse.

- Work closely with logistics, sales and marketing departments to ensure customer satisfaction

- Responsible for ensuring the action plans under company to support the overall dispatch performance.

- Root cause analysis on performance and resolution recommendation involving process improvement, technical or job issue

- Manage budget to align with goals of business.

- Inventory management.

- Maintains and update sales & inventory reports and submit monthly report for corporate reporting

- Serve as a company representative on regulatory issues.

- Establish and maintain business standards for accuracy, productivity and reliability.

- Enhance the operational procedure, systems and principles in the areas of information flow and management, business processes, enhanced management reporting.

- Apply business and process knowledge to manage/recommend alternate courses of action in handling day to day operations/problem solving.

- Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company’s policies and applicable laws.
