Mô tả công việc

  • Build dashboard, report, tracker to control the KPI and monitor it daily;
  • Campaign preparation and take action on time, follow backlogs… ;
  • Develop a deep understanding of delivery company & actively identify operational issues;
  • Active to propose an improvement, prevent plans as well as give innovations to make it better;
  • Draw up the project plans, dependencies, and communicate across the involved parties to align everyone across the scopes and timeline;
  • Ensure that the project status, issues, or changes made are communicated to both the internal and external stakeholders and documented appropriately;

  • Work closely with Operation team and KAM team to grasp the Operation’s problem and update customers promptly

Yêu cầu công việc

  • 1+ years of industry experience with proven business impact
  • Excellent in communication with different stakeholders, have experience in project management or operation is a plus
  • Have ownership of the project, always being active to work with relevant stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical thinking and ability to learn quickly with a can-do attitude
  • Advanced Excel skills. SQL is a plus
  • Excellence writing and verbal communication skills in English and Vietnamese
