We are looking for Payables Accountant who is pro-active, flexible, eager, team player and willing to take on challenges. It is an excellent opportunity to join a forward-thinking organization who value their employees.

What you will do:

  • Screen and verify invoices received from suppliers for the payment process.
  • Communicate with suppliers or other departments to solve any issues regarding payment.
  • Process transactions in Salesforce system.
  • Process payments on Banking systems.
  • Process transactions in accounting software within area of invoices & reconciliations.
  • Analyze any transaction issues.
  • Provide support for ad hoc analysis as needed.
  • Communicate and collaborate with other teams in organization.
  • Other tasks assigned by manager.

Yêu cầu công việc

What we expect from you:

  • At least 1 year experience of accounting.
  • Bachelor’s degree of accounting.
  • English: Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Meticulous person, good team player.
  • Strong attention to details.
  • Willing to learn and receive critical feedback from direct supervisor.
  • High level of personal integrity, ability to solve problem and work to deadlines/under pressure.
