Mô tả công việc
•To define and develop the improvement of manufacturing process to meet high standard and customer need in aspect of quality, cost and delivery
•Create, sustain and review PMP, process flow, work instruction, PFMEA, GR&R, machine trouble shooting (Out of Control Action Plan) and concerned documentations.
•Create and maintain all company quality documentations, such as, quality procedures, work instructions, data cards, staff roster, training profile etc. required by standard requirements.
•Quality improvement process by improving process of 8D, Quality built in concept, Line side review (process audit by following work instruction and critical points control) activity.
•Responsible for continual improvement activities such as, 5S, etc. and consolidate the progress of improvement program from other departments
•Work actively with other departments to provide the lean knowledge and support.
•Respond customer complaint and internal process issues with corrective action to improve quality standard.
•Lead cross functional team with Quality Section and Maintenance section to improve machine, equipment, material, operating procedure and yield to achieve operating cost.
•Support the organization goal in achieving total customer satisfaction.
•Work upon supervisor’s assignments or any other job duties as assign
Yêu cầu công việc
•Good knowledge of Safety management
•Good knowledge and experience in advanced quality planning activities and using various quality tools i.e. FMEA, SPC, MSA, Problem Analysis tools, etc.
•Experience in improving process capability, Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, Continuous Improvement and other Lean methodologies required.
•Strong problem-solving skills, analytical skills and decision-making skills and report writing skills.
•Excellent interpersonal skills and proven team working and teambuilding skills.
•Good knowledge on Lean Manufacturing
•Good in Computer skill (Microsoft office/Outlook).
•Knowledge and experience in ISO9001, ISO/TS/ ASTM or related quality management system.
•Knowledge of Machine maintenance.
•Good command of English speaking and writing
