Now, our key customer in VIETNAM is HEINEKEN VIETNAM, ZESPRI VIETNAM, F&N, TTC,…. SALARY: VND 8,000,000-12,000,000 (GROSS)

Work location: DTC WORLD VIETNAM- 602/51A Dien Bien Phu Street, Ward 22, Binh Thanh District, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

Working Hours: 8:30am-5:30pm Mon – Fri and Sat (8:30AM-12:30PM)


  • Source and develop potential suppliers/factories
  • Provide quotation for sales team’s enquiries
  • Manage factories to ensure that price, procduct quality and delivery meet the required standards
  • Actively source for new items to enrich product categories
  • QC factory before cooperate o Follow with factory during doing sample and cooperate with sales executive solves any problem in sample and production time
  • Make contract/PO with factory and follow all documents relating to production DTC WORLD VIETNAM 2
  • QC goods at warehouse/factory before delivering to customer
  • Do payment request form and follow up with the accountant to pay samples fee/deposits and payments to factory/supplier.

Yêu cầu công việc/REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must possess good spoken and written English (communicate with managers in Singapore).
  • Graduate from Intermediate /College /University o Accept fresh graduates or experienced above 1 month is preferred;
  • Good negotiation and communication skills.
  • Positive & supportive attitude, MUST BE eager to learn and have a can-do attitude;
  • Having 01 year experience in Sales/Marketing/PR/gift will be priority.
  • Ability in planning and organization, time management, working individually or in a team; having good attitude to learning
  • Must be able to handle English documents.
  • Good negotiation and communication skills.

  • Probationary period: 2 months

  • VND 30,000/day (applies to official employees who have passed training time).

  • Work from home on Saturdays and take 2 Saturdays off/month (applies to official employees who have passed training time). Working time on Saturday: from 8:30AM-12:30PM (the department arranged to at least 1 employee can work time on Saturday).
