THỰC TẬP SINH BỘ PHẬN MUA HÀNG FULLTIME

1. Mô tả công việc – Job description

  • Be responsible for PR/PO following up/system converting and send to vendors within the time frame expectation.
  • Monitor vendors performance to ensure on time delivery and quality per expectation
  • Support and execute all Procurement administration tasks performing in SAP that relating to material replenishment operation (reservation, MRP, vendor master data, info record, report generation from SAP, etc.)
  • Ensure best practice and processes, policy are adapted and achieved
  • Be responsbile to cooperate with finance and vendors on proper documentation for payment and on time payment
  • Support Buyer with supplier search;
  • Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned
  • Having the authorities within the assigned function
  • Adhere Company quality systems
  • Adhere Company Safety Rules
