Mô tả công việc

- Manage production activities of line operators

- Responsible for training new employees

- Responsible for multi -skills training for existing employees

- Co-ordinate with Denmark R &D team & other related departments for new products trials

- Solve problems happen during production processes

- Report to the General Manager/ Production manager.

Yêu cầu công việc

- University graduated from technical field.

- At least 3 -5 years working experience in the same position in manufacturing company

- Competent in English.

- Competency: Coaching, Teamwork, Problem Solving

- Coordinattion and decision - making skills

Quyền lợi công việc

- Working time in the week:44 hours, from Monday to Saturday morning.

- Other remuneration policies: Lunch allowance, 13th month salary, bonus by KPI

- Salary is reviewed 1 time a year

- The annual team building program, periodic health check.
