Job Scope(s):

• Provide administrative support such as paper works, arrange meetings and take minutes
• Assist Manager closely with daily operation, including translating and interpreting with local authorities, landlords, etc.
• Support to provide feasibility study and financial module for projects
• Collaborate with internal departments for legal process, permit checking, planning, etc.
• Update and analyze the legal documents and process of the projects
• Prepare and participate in various meetings with Investors, authorities, etc. (inside and outside office)
• Conduct market research and prepare reports for Vietnam real estate market
• Monitor and follow the overall investment structure of real estate
• Other tasks assigned by Manager.

Skill Requirement(s):

• University degree in any relevant majors
• MUST HAVE great interest in real estate industry
• MUST HAVE at least 2 years of working experience in similar positions
• MUST HAVE good communication in English (Listening, Speaking, Reading, Writing)
• MUST HAVE good MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
• Skills of market research, analyst, problem-solving
• Well organized, able to handle pressure
• Confident, enthusiastic, polite and detail-oriented
