Mô tả công việc

- Develops project plan, workflow and processes

- Manages project schedule, resource, scope, constraints and changes

- Responsible for the quality of all project deliverables

- Manages stakeholders’ expectation and team’s satisfaction

- Proactively cooperates with respective managers to support and motivate project team members

- Communicates project status with PMO in timely manner

- Works closely with PMO to identify risks, solve issues and come up with action plans

- Proactively contributes to PMO process improvement and audit activities

- Support sales team for project proposals if required

Yêu cầu công việc

- At least 2 years of experience in project management or similar positions

- BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field

- Knowledgeable about technical aspects of web and mobile development

- Strong leadership, effective communication and cross-functional collaboration

- Excellent problem solving and negotiation skills

- Self-motivated and result-oriented

- Open minded to embrace changes

- Certification in project management is preferable

- English at Intermediate level (writing and verbal), Japanese speaking is a plus
