We are looking for a Account Manager cum Business Strategic Executive to assist our customers when using our products and services.

Account Manager cum Business Strategic Executive responsibilities include resolving customer queries, recommending solutions and guiding product users through features and functionalities. To be successful in this role, you should be an excellent communicator who’s able to earn our clients’ trust. You should also be familiar with help desk software.

Ultimately, you will help establish our reputation as a company that offers excellent customer support during all sales and after-sales procedures.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat.
• Maintaining solid customer relationships by handling questions and concerns with speed and professionalism.
• Managing both our existing sales pipeline and developing new business opportunities.
• Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features of our products.
• Analyze and report product malfunctions and contribute to product improvement.
• Update and expand our internal databases with customer’s information and managing database records.
• Inform customers about new features and functionalities.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved.
• Gather customer feedback and share with our Product and Marketing teams.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Proficient English skills
• Under 1 year of experience as an Account manager/ Bank Executive/ Teller or similar role Fresh graduates are also welcomed to apply (For Good/ Excellent students with Bank, Economics, Finance, Business administration or similar educational background)
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
• Dynamic, Can-do attitude and grit to make things. Have willingness to learn and adapt new things.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to communicate accurately to potential users.
• Integrity, honesty and respect for professional ethics. Abide the rules and regulations of the company.
