Descrição do emprego

· Actively present company product and services to agents, IBs and customers.

· Coordinating with marketing on lead generation

· Develop strategy to achieve annual sales target, develops a business plan

· Develop sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goal, profitability Manage, control sales plans performance which include short term and long term sales forecast

· Good execution in visibility and marketing activity at point of sales

· Coaching team with development plan individually

· Build strong customer relationship

· Increase sales from potential customers and searching for agent and IBs.

· Train and take care team sales

Requisito de emprego

· Male/Female more than 25 years old.

· Used to be a FOREX sales manager more than a year

· Used to be a FOREX sales more than half year.

· Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies

· Strong communication and negotiation skill.
