Business Insight Executive takes charge the key roles of Business Insights maintaining and executing in different kind of channels:

  • Develop data modellings and maintain data for legacy system use cases in assigned teams. (Modelling data is the underlining step for preparing data for dashboards/reports development).
  • Maintain dashboards/reports accordingly every time, Sales Matrix change, run data flows, user accesses handling, user instruction, set up parameters for dashboard running properly (eg. Datetime). Besides that, granting user accesses, user instruction, parameters set-up...
  • Support the data & insight of assigned business units which help drive sales performance for our clients, develop further their on-field coaching discipline & improve selling time productivity among our sales.
  • Provide more insightful view on assigned channel development & client business management opportunities.
  • The BI Executive takes back-end role to support Client Business Management team to develop further solutions & provide the quality data, report, and insights as per business & client requirements.

Education & Qualification

  • University graduate

Working Experience

  • Minimum 3 - 5 years
  • Strong data analytical background
  • Experienced producing & managing Sales Performance & SFE reports
  • Experienced producing semi-automation reports using Excel Macro, Ms.Access & Power Query
  • Prefer having experiences in Strategic Marketing Analysis

Skills

  • Prefer having strong English communication .
  • Competent with MS Power-point, Expert in Excel, MS.Access, Power Query
  • Solid Business Analytical Experiences, including analytical skills on graph, chart, market share & trend
  • Prefer understanding VBA
  • Skills in Tableau / Power BI

Other Specific Requirements

  • Working experiences for Pharmaceutical company or Distribution business is a plus
  • Having exposure working with director level
