Descrição do emprego

1. Accountant

Input data on ZOHO System monthly.

Manage and monitor activities on ZOHO for both Vietnam and other countries.

Collect invoices and documents to make quarterly and annual tax reports.

Work directly with tax authorities when requested.

Revenue and expenditure management.

Issue invoice, follow and collect debt.

Work with the bank for loans.

2. HR & Admin

Register and resolve issues related to social insurance for employees.

Ensure and provide the best working environment for staff: stationery, working facility...

Follow and make payment for fixed expenses: office rental, internet expenses, salary payment etc…

Booking Hotel & Air-ticket for BOD.

Decorate office and organize internal events such as Birthday, Noel, Company trip,...

Prepare gifts to give to partners on holidays.

Attendance checking.

Recruit per other departments request.

Requisito de emprego

Preference will be given to candidates who can start working immediately.

Minimum 2 years experience in Chief Accountant position.

Good in English.

Detail-oriented and willing to learn.

Strong organizational skills; able to manage priorities and workflow

Ability to work independently.

Looking for a long-term working environment.

Ability to handle data with high confidentiality is a must.
