工作内容简述 Brief description of job:1. 公司与相关公司的内规设定
Set up internal regulations for company and related company
1.1制定、实施、监督和完善公司人事制度(包括但不限于薪金、福利、绩效、考核等); Formulate, implement, supervise and improve company personnel policy (Include but not limited in salary, benefits, performance and appraisal etc. );
1.2 负责社会保险、工资计划、公司劳动法规、集体协议、公司工会、个税的初始登记程序;
In charge of initial registration procedures of social insurance, salary scheme, company labor regulations, collective agreement, company union and PIT;
1.3 根据越南法律购买社保和其他福利(若有);
Purchase social insurance and other benefits (if has) according to applicable law in Vietnam;
1.4员工档案建立及管理(包括但不限于劳动合同、出入境、、离职),并为员工办理相关文件;
Formulate and implement employee files (include but not limited in labor contract,entry visa and demission) , and apply relevant documents for company employees;
1.5制定并实施公司行政政策;
Formulate and implement company administrative policy;
1.6 制定并实施工作纪律和劳动纪律,建立安全生产制度;
Formulate and implement work discipline and production discipline, establish safety production regulation;
1.7 建立企业文化制定.
Establish company culture.
2. 对外交流协调 External communication and coordination
2.1 建立与对外各方的联系、处理相关事务、协调沟通、及外事接待,包括但不限于与各政府部门及合作企业保持沟通及良好关系。
Establish contacts with external parties; conduct related work, coordinate communication and implement event reception, include but not limited maintain communication and good relations with various government departments and cooperative companies.
2.2 对内,协调公司各员工和部门,且在本公司与总公司之间发挥关键联络的作用。
Internally, play a key role to coordinate employees and departments in the company, also connects the company with parent company.
3. 内部管理 Internal management
3.1 确保所有员工遵守劳动法和公司规定,若违反应采取行动进行记录处分
Make sure all employees follow the labor law and company regulations
3.2 消防安全与管理
Fire protection safety and management
3.3 安全生产管理
Safety production management
3.4 司机与车辆管理
Vehicle and drivers management
3.5 上报、申请并实施政府优惠政策
Report, apply and implement government preferential policies
3.6 宿舍管理
Dormitory management
3.7 办公用品采购与管理(工厂投入使用后)
Office supplies purchase and management (after factory put in use)
3.8 工厂维护管理,包括固废处置及绿化等 (工厂投入使用后)
Plant maintenance management, including solid exhaust, greening etc. (after factory put in use)
3.9 食堂管理(工厂投入使用后)
Canteen management (after factory put in use)
4 招聘与培训 Recruitment & Training
4.1 参考总公司需要设置人员结构并实施招聘
Set up personnel structure referring to needs from parent company, and implement recruitment.
4.2 配合总公司组织员工培训
Cooperate with the head office to organize employee trainings。
4.3 协助对受训员工考核
Assist on assessment of trainees.
5 协助推进各项目及监工
Assist in projects development and supervision
Requisito de emprego
职位要求 We are looking for:1. 候选人应可用中文熟练交流(要求说和写),可简单英文口语交流。年龄45岁以下,本科学历,专业不限。有建厂经验的候选人有限,仁泽附近出生或居住的人员优先,不要求专业资格证,不需要MBA或CEO班经历。
Candidates can communicate in Chinese fluently (speaking and writing required), with basic English speaking, age below 45 with bachelor degree, regardless major. Candidates had experience in setting up factory is preferred; born and live near Nhon Trach is preferred. No requirements on professional certificates, neither MBA nor CEO class needed.
2. 深入了解劳动法和人力资源,并能灵活运用
In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR, and be capable of flexibly applying in practice.
3. 有人力资源经理或其他人力资源主管的工作经验优先
Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive is preferred.
4. 积极倾听、谈判及表述能力
Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
5. 以人为本,以结果为导向
People oriented and results driven
6. 熟练使用word、excel、 PowerPoint、视频会议等办公软件;
Use office software proficiently such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and online conference apps.
为人正直、责任心强、坚守原则、善于沟通及表达,诚实、勤劳、有耐心、身体健康。
The person should be integrity, has strong sense of responsibility, stick to principle, good at communication and expression, honest, hardworking, patient and healthy.

工作地址:2022年工作地址在胡志明市二郡,2023年或后期可能将花更多时间在仁泽。
Working location: around district 2 TP. HCM in 2022, might spend more time in Nhơn Trach in 2023 and afterwards.
