Descrição do emprego

- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, printers and scanners

- Set up a new laptop/desktop for staffs including installation software, operating system, etc…

- Handling errors related to network equipment, UPS, …

- Monitoring the status of ink, damaged components, replace, or fixing devices (Laptop, Desktop) for staff.

- Diagnosing system errors and other issues

- Support users related to software application, data

- Testing and evaluation new technology

- Other tasks assigned by manager

Requisito de emprego

- Computer applications, electronic engineering, communication networks and other relevant qualifications

- University degree above ,major in computer science

- Basic understanding of LAN, WAN, Wifi, Domain controller systems

- Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products

- Ability to work independently

- Organization, coordination skills and communication skills

- Highly team spirit

- Able communicate and read documents in English

- Microsoft 365 apps
