Join our dynamic team at Yarraland Real Estate!

Were looking for a Marketing Executive to collaborate with our Branding - Marketing

Department and HCM Business Office to propel our brand to new heights. In this role,

you will be taking charge of setting up and managing business office marketing

strategies and designing marketing campaigns that align seamlessly with our companys

goals.

1. Responsibilities and Duties:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies.

• Analyze market trends and competitors to identify business opportunities.

• Oversee and evaluate marketing campaigns from planning to execution.

• Monitor and manage the marketing budget effectively.

• Work closely with other departments to ensure consistency and effectiveness.

1. Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for the Marketing Executive position should possess the following

qualifications:

• A bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.

• Minimum of 1 year in marketing and campaign planning.

• Proficient in digital marketing tools and techniques.

• Excellent content creation and writing skills.

• Ability to execute effective social media and email marketing campaigns.

• Advantage: Graduates from RMIT or oversea students from Australia.

2. Skills:

• Excellent planning and time management skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Proficiency in marketing analysis tools and software.

• Deep understanding of market trends and consumer behavior.
