About the role

We are looking for experienced Marketing Manager who is self-motivated, action-oriented and have rich experience in executing digital marketing plans and campaigns. The individual will be responsible for leading processes and managing workflow across all marketing touchpoints, including internal and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Manage all marketing materials and social media presence on behalf of Chus

• Develop efficient marketing strategies and periodic plans that communicate key messages, promote, and maximize revenue for the site

• Develop and maintain effective online marketing channels and design promotional activities/campaigns to boost traffic and acquire new customers (mainly Google Ads, IG and FB paid ads)

• Oversee the entire marketing mix of paid, owned and earned media, content, SEO, email, social media, and discount offers

• Coordinate with the agencies and execute various marketing campaigns

• Monitor and prepare reports on the performance of marketing channels, activities, campaigns; analyse the performance to deliver insights and actionable recommendations to expand customer base and increase conversions

• Coordinate with IT team to execute marketing activities on the site

• Implement all emails on marketing programs for brands


Requisito de emprego

• At least 3 years in digital marketing – preferred experiences in GG / FB / IG Ads

• Good understanding of key eCommerce metrics

• Strong communication (both ENG and VN) and problem-solving skills

• Demonstrated success in planning and executing marketing campaigns and strategies

• Work well under pressure

• Strong skill in content writing and basic design skill
