At Saigon Adventure, we help people plan their travels. We make sure their trips are special and exactly what they want. Were looking for someone who pays attention to details to join our team. As a Sales, Quotation Specialist, youll work closely with our team to find potential customers and turn their questions into bookings. If you enjoy teamwork and love travel, wed love to have you with us!

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the inbound team to identify and qualify promising leads generated.
  • Research and propose customized itineraries with accommodations, tour activities, and optional add-ons, supplementary .
  • Create clear, accurate, and competitive quotations using our travel management software or Office suites.
  • Negotiate rates with suppliers (hotels, cruise, transport, restaurant etc.) to secure the best possible deals for clients.
  • Follow up with suppliers and address any concerns to ensure a smooth booking process.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, quotes, and bookings.
  • Participate in sales meetings and contribute to achieving team targets
  • Working with a foreign boss

Requisito de emprego

Yêu cầu ứng viên
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably within the travel industry (Optional).
  • Bachelors degree or similar qualification with strong English speaking, writing, and reading skills.
  • Strong understanding of travel products and services (flights, hotels, tours, transports restaurants, events, etc.).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite / Google Sheet,Docs and Drive.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a commitment to accuracy.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • A passion for travel and excellent geographical knowledge is a plus.
  • Serious, long-term commitment
