A SAP Specialist is a technical consultant and responsible for determining business needs and smoothly imple-menting Systems Application and Products (SAP) software suite for business clients within DSCS. This IT role requires a significant experience related to SAP implementation. SAP specialist also need collaboration skills to work across de-partments to provide guidance to the customer based on their business needs, making recommendations on practical project solutions, and working with project management to coordinate tasks, timelines and tests. * Determine Business needs ­- Engage clients in workshops and interviews to analyze process and reporting requirements. - Advise clients on industry/ cross-industry leading practices. Advise clients on SAP recommended processes and functions ­- Working with Local/Global team to provide solutions for company in integrating various business operations into one platform - Degree to which is required information or business needs. - Propose/recommend solutions to satisfy business needs. * Implement SAP programs ­- Analyze application landscape to design interfaces to SAP solution ­- Perform SAP configuration and tests. Develop specifications for development of forms/ reports/ interfaces. ­- Running tests on all systems changes to ensure the successfully integration of new software. - Clearness and efficient - Document and log the test cases and changes * Guidance and troubleshooting - Support change management execution by developing training material, delivering training and supporting users post cutover. - Collaborate with local/global team to trouble shooting. - Training new users or when new modules implemented. - Trouble shooting commons issues

Requisito de emprego

* Understanding - Current knowledge of SAP systems, deployment, and integration with one of the modules: FICO, LOG, PP, MM, WH, SD Modules. - Specialization in finance, HR, project management, business administration, or a related field. * Problem solving - Able to work independently under pressure - Identifies critical issues with ease. - Exhibits confidence and an extensive knowledge of emerging industry practices when solving business problems. - Pushes creative thinking beyond the boundaries of existing industry practices and client mindsets. * Communication skill - Listens to others and accepts input from stakeholders (business analyst or business users) - Clearly articulate ideas and thoughts verbally. - Accurately prepares written business correspondence that is coherent, grammatically correct, effective and professional * Teamwork - Proactively with multiple internal and external stakeholders - Facilitates effective team interaction. - Acknowledges and appreciates each team member’s contributions - Able to work with other topics which manager assign to * Educational level: Relevant education on Bachelor level on Information Technology (IT). * Education/ Experience: - At least 1 – 5 years of experience in a similar position with one of the modules: FICO, LOG, PP, MM, WH, SD Modules. - Excellent oral and written communication skills in English. - Able to work independently and proactively with internal & external stakeholders - Basic Knowledge of implementation and configuration of enterprise systems such as CRM, or ERP - Willing to work/learn with other topics which company requires to do - Proficient with Microsoft O365 product suite
