SMT Engineer (Process/equipment)

1. ME SMT (Process Engineer)

- Calculation UPH, Consumption. Define process flow

- List up necessary specific hardware and order(Quotation, PR,PO)

- Design fixture: stencil/support block/router fixture.

- DFM analysis and giving suggestion to Customer.

- Fix issue happen in NPI

- Making SOP/WI for SMT process. ( Printer -- AOI)

2. SMT Equipment engineer

- Setup new lines, program machines, operation and troubleshooting in SMT line : Printer, SPI, Mounter Fuji, Reflow(JT) , AOI (Holly) and control measure profile for reflow oven

- Control loss pickup rate of material. Maintain Feeder, Nozzle

- Process improvement to increase quality, productivity and reduce loss time

- Experience in Underfil, Coating, thermal gel Process as can operation, make program, maintain for Axon machine, Router, Lazer..

- Troubleshooting and Make preventive maintenance daily, weekly, monthly

- Machine, tool, Jig management/ Control stock of spare-part/Machine and equipment control
