Mô tả công việc

- Lead in the development of sourcing strategies and implementation of efficient sourcing activities for the Logistics and Warehousing categories.
- Lead & execute clear customs, arrange trucking & shipping, issue FTA C/O, manage products licenses, handles all documents, settlement payments, checking integrity, so on.
- Lead & execute procure activities in Food category packages; determine the appropriate strategies to partnering with the best local/global suppliers.
- Lead in reviewing performance and accessing capability and degrees of motivation of suppliers to improve their performance and develop/maintain / grow relationships with key suppliers.
- Manage strategic sourcing events, negotiate supply agreements and contracts.
- Participate in regional/global sourcing activities for incumbent categories.
- Review and monitor contract performance to ensure effective implementation and compliance with contractual obligations and deal with changes and variances in contracts.
- Work together with related Teams and Country cross-functional teams to develop supply strategies/scorecard.
- Category daily operation management and optimization.
- Other assigned projects by company and line managers.
