Mô tả công việc

- Receive information and guidance from superiors (Team leader, QC Manager ...) to master the quality inspection standards of products for each order, the specific information of the order./ Tiếp nhận thông tin và hướng dẫn của cấp trên (Team leader, QC Manager…) để nắm vững tiêu chuẩn kiểm tra chất lượng của sản phẩm cho từng đơn hàng, các thông tin cụ thể của đơn hàng.

- Make sure to master the basic testing stages when assigned as follows/ Đảm bảo nắm vững các công đoạn kiểm tra cơ bản khi được phân công như sau:

- Primary processing stage: overall inspection of raw materials, quality of input draw wood, quality of wood lamination.

/ Công đoạn sơ chế: kiểm tra tổng thể về nguyên liệu, chất lượng phôi đầu vào, chất lượng ghép gỗ.

- Assembly stage: overview inspection, inspection of tenoner and mortise details (Must be checked with a caliper and saved at each inspection), mortise bonding glue test, degree of uniformity of wood parts, test assembly and structural and material testing./ Công đoạn lắp ráp: kiểm tra tổng quan, kiểm tra chi tiết mộng âm dương (Phải kiểm tra bằng thước kẹp và lưu lại ở mỗi lần kiểm tra), kiểm tra keo liên kết mộng, mức độ đồng màu của các chi tiết gỗ, ráp thử kiểm tra kết cấu và vật tư.

- Sanding stage: check the treatment of defects on wooden workpieces, check the smoothness, the degree of flatness on the surfaces of the product./ Công đoạn làm nguội: kiểm tra việc xử lý khuyết tật trên phôi gỗ, kiểm tra độ trơn láng, mức độ bằng phẳng trên các bề mặt của sản phẩm.

- Finishing paint stage: Check the product finishing process steps, check the comparison of the finished color compared to the approved color panel./ Công đoạn sơn hoàn thiện: Kiểm tra các bước quy trình làm màu hoàn thiện sản phẩm, kiểm tra so sánh màu hoàn thiện so với bảng mẫu màu đã được phê duyệt.

- Wicker-Knitting Wire: Make sure the knitting wire is in the right pattern, approved quality, always stretched correctly, parallel, same color, no folding wire, the end of the wire and the end of the knitting wire are not exposed, strong enough.../ Wicker-Dây đan: Đảm bảo dây đan đúng mẫu, chất lượng đã được duyệt, luôn căng đúngkỹ thuật, song song, đồng màu, không bị gấp dây, đầu dây và cuối dây đan không bị lộ, chắc chắn…

- Packaging stage: before packaging, the finished product must be assembled, the final structural and assembly materials are checked, and the finish color uniformity on the products is compared to the approved color sample panel. Those products with mattresses, must check the mattress along with the product. Check the labels inside and outside the packaging. Check that the packaging specifications are correct as set out in the Garden Line packing instructions. Check whether the loading of goods in the warehouse is in accordance with the regulations printed on the package./ Công đoạn đóng gói: trước khi đóng gói phải ráp sản phẩm hoàn thiện, kiểm tra kết cấu và vật tư lắp ráp lần cuối, so sánh độ đồng đều về màu hoàn thiện trên các sản phẩm so với mẫu màu được phê duyệt. Những sản phẩm có nệm, phải kiểm tra nệm cùng với sản phẩm. Kiểm tra tem nhãn bên trong và bên ngoài bao bì. Kiểm tra quy cách đóng gói có đúng như trong hướng dẫn đóng gói bên Garden Line đã đưa ra. Kiểm tra việc chất hàng trong kho có đúng với quy định được in trên bao bì hay không.

- Cont loading stage: Check that the loading of goods is in sufficient quantity, has the correct cont quality diagram or as prescribed on the printed product packaging./ Công đoạn bốc Cont: Kiểm tra việc chất hàng có đủ số lượng, có đúng sơ đồ chất cont hoặc theo quy định trên bao bì sản phẩm đã được in.

- Check and update regularly on the quality and progress of production in factories that you manage./ Kiểm tra và cập nhật thường xuyên về chất lượng và tiến độ sản xuất ở các nhà máy quản lý.

- Work with the factory on what affects the quality of goods as well as affect the export schedule of the factory and must report immediately and promptly to superiors./ Làm việc với nhà máy về những gì ảnh hưởng tới chất lượng hàng hóa cũng như ảnh hưởng tới tiến độ xuất hàng của nhà máy và phải báo cáo ngay, kịp thời đến cấp trên.

- When detecting differences in texture and quality of products in mass production with drawings or live samples, they must immediately notify the technical department and superiors for confirmation and update of drawings./ Khi phát hiện sự khác biệt về kết cấu, chất lượng của sản phẩm khi sản xuất đại trà với bản vẽ hoặc mẫu sống, phải báo ngay với phòng kỹ thuật, cấp trên để có sự xác nhận và cập nhật bản vẽ.

- Make improvements (If any) and always share, support, comply with suggestions and improvements from superiors so that the quality of the factory is always stable and improved./ Đưa ra những cải tiến (Nếu có) và luôn chia sẽ, hổ trợ, tuân thủ những góp ý cải tiến từ cấp trên để chất lượng của nhà máy luôn ổn định và được nâng cao.

- Constantly update the changes in quality management process from time to time that the company offers./ Cập nhật liên tục những thay đổi về quy trình quản lý chất lượng theo từng thời điểm mà công ty đưa ra.

- There is always the thought that each product, the checked item code is a new product, the new code./ Luôn luôn có suy nghĩ mỗi sản phẩm, mã hàng được kiểm tra là một sản phẩm mới, mã hàng mới.

- Willingness to support and cooperate with colleagues./ Sẵn sàng hỗ trợ và hợp tác với đồng nghiệp.

- Do not cause difficulties or hinder the work of colleagues, superiors, departments, companies, factories. Do not make false statements that discredit the company, lose the trust of the factory, customers, third parties with the GI company to increase personal reputation. Do not accept factory money so that the plant is exchanged for low quality./ Không gây khó khăn, cản trở công việc của đồng nghiệp, cấp trên, các phòng ban, công ty, nhà máy. Không phát ngôn sai sự thật làm mất uy tín công ty, làm mất niềm tin của nhà máy, khách hàng, bên thứ ba với công ty GI để làm tăng uy tín cá nhân. Không nhận tiền của nhà máy để nhà máy được đổi lấy chất lượng thấp.

- Others task and duties from time to time from management not stated on above/ Những nhiệm vụ và trách nhiệm khác theo từng thời điểm từ Ban quản lý và chưa nếu bên trên.
