Mô tả công việc
• Leadership: Guide and inspire a team towards achieving quality assurance goals.• SOP Development: Harness your expertise in SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) development and implementation to optimize our manufacturing processes.
• Quality Assurance: Implement comprehensive quality assurance programs that meet both our internal criteria and international safety standards like ASTM F963, EN71, FCC, EMC, EN62115, CPSIA, RoHS, REACH, and CCPSA.
• Risk Management: Anticipate and mitigate potential risks through root cause analysis and preventive action.
• Auditing: Conduct internal and external quality audits, preparing detailed audit reports and actionable plans
• Team Development: Coaching, mentoring, specific training, and performance evaluations to build a resilient, skilled workforce.
Yêu cầu công việc
• Fluency in spoken and written English and/or Mandarin.• At least 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Proven analytical abilities, coupled with a goal-oriented mindset, independence, and initiative-taking.
• An outgoing, honest, and trustworthy character is essential.
